Victoria Lynn (Willard) Rowland

Ms. Victoria Lynn Willard Rowland, 62 of Patterson, passed away Sunday evening, July 24, 2022, at Harborview Pierce.

Born in Jacksonville, FL on October 5, 1959. Victoria moved to Pierce County this year from Jacksonville, Florida. According to her children Victoria lived by her own rules, and she had even told her children as her time drew near that she wasn’t going to go when they told her too, she was going to go when she was good and ready. She had a special love for animals and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jackie Jones Willard; a son, Christopher Wayne Brown; a granddaughter, Magen Chancey; and a brother, Keith Willard.

Survivors include her daughters, Jacquline (Ray) Arrington of Patterson, Regina (Randall) Waldron of Ketchikan, Alaska; her son, Mathew Ray Nipper of Tallahassee, FL; her grandchildren, Malaena Chancey, Izzy Davis, Dakota Arrington, and Sarah Brown; two great-grandchildren; her father, William Aubury Willard; two brothers, Kenneth Willard and Scott Willard (Connie Greer) both of Jacksonville, FL; a sister-in-law; Michelle Willard of Jacksonville Fl. and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Per Ms. Victoria’s wishes there will not be any services.

Memorialization is by cremation.
