Miss Tina Ruth Bell, 70, of Blackshear, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross.
Born in Waycross, GA on November 15, 1954, she had lived in Pierce County all of her life. She worked as a nursing assistant at Harborview – Pierce County Nursing Home. Miss Bell loved being outside, whether fishing or being with her animals, but she also enjoyed being inside and coloring. She loved all types of music, especially The Eagles. A selfless lady, she was known to do anything for anyone. She lived and breathed for her family and enjoyed cooking for them. She was of the Christian faith.
She was a daughter of the late Purdom Eurell and Delphine Smith Bell.
Survivors include her daughter, Deena Bell of Blackshear; a sister, Ann (Larry) Layton of Blackshear; a brother, Ricky (Brenda) Bell of Waycross; grandchildren, David Satterfield and Sophia Bell, both of Blackshear; special nieces and nephews, Crystal Layton, Bryan Layton, James Bell, and Christy Job; her fur babies, CoCo Puff, Reese, and Dennis; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
