Sandra Gail (Lee) Martin

Ms. Sandra Gail Lee Martin, 76, of Blackshear, passed away Friday morning, February 16, 2024, at Harborview - Pierce County Nursing Home.

Born in Winokur, GA on July 28, 1947, she lived Pierce County most of her life.  Ms. Martin was a homemaker and an excellent cook.  She loved to draw, which she was very good at, as well as coloring on a coloring app on her phone.  Ms. Martin enjoyed doing crafts, such as ceramics, as well as knitting and embroidery.  She was of the Baptist faith.

She was a daughter of the late Harley and Mattie Louise Dyal Lee.  She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Harold Lee, Sr., and two sisters-in-law, Deborah Lee and Julie Lee.

Survivors include her daughter, Pamelia Martin of Blackshear; three sons, Terry (Sharon) Martin of Blackshear, Mark Martin of Hoboken, and Russell (Brandy) Martin of Blackshear; a brother, Ronald (Betty Kaye) Lee of Brunswick; 14 grandchildren, Kayla, Terri Lynn, Kyle, Katie, Summer, Brandon, Jessica, Zach, Margaret, Duane, Evan, Ashton, Mattie, and Alayna; 23 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services for Ms. Martin will be held Monday morning, February 19, 2024, at 11 o’clock, from the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Sweat officiating.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Sunday evening, February 18, 2024, from 6 until 8 o’clock.

Interment will be in the High Bluff Cemetery.
