Mr. Walker loved to watch westerns no matter how many times he had seen them. He was a member of Laura Chapel Baptist Church.
He was a son of the late John Allen Walker and Nola Mae Tuten Walker Mikell. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Chancey Walker; his son, Don Lamar Walker; and his brother, John Allen Walker, Jr.; and two sisters, June Warren and Carley Horne.
