Lillian "Sadie" (Thomas) Taylor

Mrs. Lillian “Sadie” Thomas Taylor, 75 of Offerman, passed away Tuesday evening, August 2, 2022,
at her residence.

Born in Offerman, GA on October 5, 1946, she had lived in Pierce County all her life. Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker but had also been the bookkeeper for her husband’s logging business, Taylor Logging, for many years. She enjoyed sewing, fishing with her sisters, cooking, and going to garage
sales/flea markets looking for antique furniture. Mrs. Taylor was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

She was a daughter of the late Willie Henry & Julie Henderson Thomas. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Edward “Don” Taylor; a sister, Ethel Passmore; and all six of her brothers, John, Daniel, William, Bud, Bill, and Pete.

Survivors include her daughter, Donna (Kenneth) Mosley of Offerman; three sons, Eddie (Cindy) Taylor, II, Michael “Bubby” Taylor, and Randy (Dana) Taylor all of Offerman; three sisters, Susie (Sam) Cason and Laura Walker all of Offerman and Janie Aspinwall of Blythe Island; two sisters-in-law, Doris Thomas and Joann Thomas both of Offerman; 6 grandchildren, Ken (Amanda) Mosley, Dustin (Shayna) Mosley, Jillian Taylor, Julianna Taylor, Carter Taylor, and Clifton Brooks; 7 great grandchildren, Gavin, Jase, Rylan, Dusty, Taylor, Alanna, and Genevieve; and several nieces,
nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services for Mrs. Taylor will be held Saturday afternoon, August 6, 2022, at 3:00 o’clock from the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will be in the Offerman Cemetery.

Visitation for Mrs. Taylor will be held Friday evening from 6 until 8 at the funeral home.
