Mr. Jeffrey “Pops” Pulliam, 61 of Blackshear, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at his residence.
Born in Aurora, IN on April 7, 1959, he had lived in Tampa, FL in his younger years and had been a resident of Pierce County for the past several years. He was a mechanic and had enjoyed working on cars and spending time with family and friends.
He was a son of the late Louis Wayne Pulliam and Mary Carolyn Richardson Pulliam. He was also preceded in death by his best friend, Willie Hall.
Survivors include his fiance’, Velma Sosa of Blackshear; his children, Jeffrey (Holly) Pulliam and Joshua (Chasity) Pulliam all of Blackshear and Summer Pulliam of Tampa; his siblings, Richard Pulliam, Randy Pulliam, George Pulliam, Joanne Powers, Karen Heminway, and Carol Hess; 2 grandchildren, Jordan Pulliam and Landon Pulliam; 3 step-grandchildren, Juan Sosa, Catalina Sosa, and Maya Sosa; several other step-grandchildren; the mother of his children, Michelle La Barbera Pulliam; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
