James Joshua "Josh" Westberry

Mr. James Joshua “Josh” Westberry, 74 of Patterson, passed away Tuesday morning, December 8, 2020, at Harborview Satilla in Waycross.

Born in Patterson, GA on November 11, 1946, he had lived in Pierce County all of his life.  Mr. Westberry was a 1965 graduate of Patterson High School and retired from Dixie Egg where he had been a truck driver.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He was a son of the late Rev. Clarence Vernon & Gladys Bennett Westberry, Sr.  He was also preceded in death by a sister, Marlene Westberry; and a brother, George Westberry.

Survivors include his sister, Mary Alice Cason of Baxley; two brothers, Clarence Westberry and Alton Philip Westberry both of Patterson; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family will have a service honoring Mr. Westberry at a later time.

Memorialization is by cremation.
