Gina Renee (Cowan) Todd

Mrs. Gina Renee Cowan Todd, 59 of Kville, passed away Thursday morning, January 21, 2021, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Born in Waycross, GA on January 27, 1961, she had lived in Pierce & Appling Counties all of her life.  Gina was a 1979 graduate of Patterson High School. She had worked for Julie Hat Co. as their secretary prior to going to work for Southeast Pipe as their secretary.  She was a member of Patterson Baptist Church and loved doing anything outdoors whether it was working with her flowers, riding the golf cart, or ATV.  She loved listening to classic country music and was a very proud granny to her new granddaughter, Lainey Kate.     

She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Sherrie Cowan.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Richie D. Todd of Bristol; her son and daughter-in-law, Tyler & Ashlee Todd of Bristol; her parents, Gene F. & Verna Maxine “Tootsie” Cowan, Sr. of Patterson; a sister, Avalee (Richie) Bland of Carrollton, GA; two brothers, Gene F. Cowan, Jr. and Wiley (Paula) Cowan all of Patterson; a sister-in-law, Brenda Blanton of Jesup; a brother-in-law, James Robert Todd of Bristol; her precious granddaughter, Lainey Kate Todd; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family will have a private graveside service for Gina at the Lake Chapel Cemetery.
