Mr. Edward “Eddie” Arnold Daniels, 64 of Offerman, passed away late Saturday night, March 7, 2020, at the Hospice Satilla Hospice House in Waycross following a lengthy illness.
Born in Jesup, GA on April 30, 1955, he had lived in Pierce County all of his life. Mr. Daniels had worked in maintenance at the Okefenokee Golf and Country Club for several years until his health declined. He knew all about keeping the greens and fairways looking their best. In addition to keeping up the golf course, Mr. Daniels also enjoyed working in his own yard. He was of the Southern Baptist faith.
He was a son of the late Edward “Buddy” & Nola Brown Daniels.
Survivors include his wife, Diana Love Daniels of Offerman; a step-daughter, Lucinda Heisler of Tallahassee, FL; a step-son, William (Nancy) Heisler of Hope Mills, NC; two brothers, Wayne Daniels and Larry Daniels both of Offerman; a niece, Chrystal Sophia (Buddy) Buckley; a nephew, Waylon (Sara) Daniels; and several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Daniels will be held Saturday morning, March 14, 2020, at 11:00 o’clock from the Pearson-Dial Chapel.
Interment will be in the Laura Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation for Mr. Daniels will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home chapel.
