Diana (Newton) Williams

Diana Newton Williams, 67, of Blackshear, Georgia and St. Augustine Florida, passed away on October 10th, 2023. She was born on January 1,1956 to the late Henry August Boyle and the late Dulce Maria Calvino Boyle.

Diana was a loving faithful wife of 40 years to her husband Kenneth Lee Williams. They celebrated their 40th Anniversary on March 3, 2023. Together they raised their 3 sons: Kenneth Lee Williams Jr. , Robert “Lance” Newton, and Cullen August Williams. Diana loved raising her boys in a small town and always considered Blackshear her home. Diana Williams, “Gigi” as she was affectionately known, admired her 3 grandsons: Haden KenLee Williams, Eli Quentin Newton, and Blake Jackson Newton.

When Diana was not in Blackshear she spent her time in St. Augustine, Florida. She had a passion for walks on the beach and hunting for sharks’ teeth. She had a vibrant personality and was always the life of a party. The one thing Diana enjoyed the most was spending time with her grandsons and especially movie nights.

The family will hold a visitation at Pearson-Dial Funeral Home on Thursday, October 19th, from 6pm until 8pm.
