Mr. Cary Lee Lovell, 33, of Blackshear, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from injuries he received in a motorcycle accident in Waycross.
Born in Waycross, GA on June 8, 1992, he lived in Pierce County all his life. Cary was a delivery driver for CBR and enjoyed fishing, riding four-wheelers, and motorcycles. He loved to go on vacation and explore new places. Cary was a member of Blackshear First United Methodist Church but was currently attending Remnant Church in Waycross.
Cary was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Daniel Frank & Shirley Amelia Wallis Gill, Jr. and by his paternal grandparents, Willie Monroe Lovell and Mary Lee Boatright Lovell Floyd.
Survivors include his son, Gradon Bowen of Waycross; his fiance’, Paitan Cole of Blackshear; his parents, Sherry Lee Gill Lovell of Blackshear and Jerry Wayne Lovell of Blackshear; two sisters, Mary Ferrell and Erica Lovell all of Blackshear; four brothers, Terry Lovell, Gary (Sarah) Lovell, and Wayne Lovell all of Blackshear, and Wendell (Emily) Lovell of Waycross; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Funeral services for Cary will be held Thursday afternoon, August 7, 2025, at 4:00 o’clock from the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be held in the Waters Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home chapel one hour prior to the service.
