April Sueann (Allman) Cason

Mrs. April Sueann Allman Cason, 38 of Blackshear, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021, at Memorial Satilla Health.

Born in Blackshear, GA on December 16, 1982, she had lived in Pierce County all of her life.  Mrs. Cason was a homemaker.  She enjoyed reading, gardening, and going to the beach.  She was a mom to many and was the sweetest person you would ever meet.  She was a free spirit who will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister.

She was preceded in death by her father, Steve Allen Allman.

Survivors include her husband of 22 years, John C. Cason of Blackshear; three sons, Cpl. John Allen Cason of South Korea, and Steven Cason (Shaylynn Griffin) and Shawn Cason all of Blackshear; her mother, Mary Whitley Allman of Blackshear; her sister, Ashley Highsmith of Blackshear; her brother, David Allen Allman of Waycross; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family will have a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 3 o’clock at 5711 Sunny Drive, Blackshear.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
