Survivors include his four children, Rita (Ronnie) Haynes of Hazlehurst, Charlene Darley of Vidalia, Rose Cooper (Richard) Garst of Hazlehurst, and Abie (Renee) Dykes of Sanford, FL; a brother, Archie Dykes of Hazlehurst; a special friend, Eloise Border of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; 11 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 5 great, great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
