Obituary for Robert David Parnell

Mr. Robert David Parnell, 61 of Waycross, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at Memorial Satilla Health System from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.

Born in Jacksonville, FL on March 4, 1958, he had lived in Ocoee, FL for many years before moving to Waycross in early 2000. He was a stacker for Alma Pack and attended Southside Baptist Church.

He was the son of the late Robert Quitman & Sarah Jo Pinkston Parnell.

Survivors include his wife Mary Helen Bolden Parnell of Waycross; a sister-in-law, Williemae (Carmon) Ungaro of Deland, FL; a brother-in-law, William Walter (Claire) Bolden of Beverly, OH; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A memorial service for Mr. Parnell will be held Friday evening, April 19, 2019, at 6:30 from the Pearson-Dial Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the service.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
