Name: Cheryl "Susan" Lee McIntosh Dates: Birth date: October 01, 1948 Death date: July 21, 2010 Obituary: Waycross, Georgia Mrs. Cheryl “Susan” Lee McIntosh, 61 of Blackshear passed away Wednesday morning (July 21, 2010) at Satilla Regional Medical Center in Waycross following an extended illness. A native of Waycross, Mrs. McIntosh lived all of her life in Pierce County. She was a waitress for many years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Blackshear where she was in the Workers for Christ Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Bill W. Lee, and an infant daughter, Sabrina Duncan. Survivors include a daughter, Candice A. Jacobs of Blackshear; a son, Michael C. Duncan II (wife Jamie) of Crestview, Fla.; a mother, LaForest Carter Lee of Blackshear; two brothers, Joey Lee (wife Deborah) of Blackshear and Marc Lee (wife Gina) of Blackshear; six grandchildren, Laken Skye Trusdell, Cheyenne Trusdell, Dillon Locklear, Dakota Gamage, Zachery Duncan, Halee Duncan; several nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o’clock Thursday evening (July 22, 2010) at the funeral home. Service: Funeral services for Mrs. McIntosh will be held 3:00 o’clock Friday afternoon (July 23, 2010) from the chapel of Pearson-Dial Funeral Home. Cemetery: Interment will be in the Blackshear City Cemetery. |
