Name: Patricia Ann Jones Murray Dates: Birth date: January 08, 1964 Death date: January 03, 2010 Obituary: Mrs. Patricia Ann Jones Murray, 45, passed away late Sunday evening, January 3, 2010, at the Satilla Regional Medical Center. Born in Bulloch County on January 8, 1964, Mrs. Murray had lived in Jesup for several years before moving to Pierce County twenty-five years ago. She was a housewife and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Murray loved camping, fishing, crocheting and tending to her flowers. She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Jones. Mrs. Murray is survived by her husband, James Robert “Robbie” Murray of Blackshear; three daughters and a son-in-law, Amanda & Jamie Sinclair, Misty Davlin and Christy Davlin all of Blackshear; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jamie & Hannah Murray of Valdosta and Shelby Murray of Blackshear; her mother and step-father, Janice & Eddie Joe Whaley of Jesup; a sister, Debra Jones of Statesboro; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Dooley & Beverly Jones of Jesup and Casey Jones of Statesboro; 12 grandchildren, Keri Sinclair, Brianna Sinclair, Logan Sinclair, Gauge Brady, Dakota Sinclair, Haley Davlin, Jade Davlin, Curtis Davlin, Taylor Pierce, Skyler Pierce, Devon Pierce and Andrew Murray and several nieces, nephews & other relatives. Visitation: Visitation for Mrs. Murray will be held Tuesday evening from 6 until 9 at the funeral home. Service: Funeral services for Mrs. Murray will be held Wednesday afternoon, January 6, 2010, at 2:00 o’clock from the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Murray will lay in state at the church one hour prior to the service. Cemetery: Interment will be in the Mill Creek Cemetery. |
