Christopher Brock Peacock

Mr. Christopher Brock Peacock, 32, of Blackshear, passed away suddenly Wednesday morning, April 24, 2024, in Wayne County.

Born in Waycross, Georgia on July 16, 1991, he lived in Pierce County all his life. Brock worked for EAM as a machine operator prior to going to work for Kirby Enterprises where he was a maintenance technician.  An avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt, fish, and go boating.  Brock was an avid gun collector, a good mechanic, and a self-proclaimed wheeler/dealer on Facebook Marketplace.  He was an amazing husband and daddy and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.    

He was preceded in death by his mother, Shelly Smart Dixon; and his maternal grandfather, Linton Smart.

Survivors include his wife, Becky Clark Peacock of Blackshear; his children, Christopher Brayden Peacock and twin daughters, Taylan Brooke Peacock and Baylee Ann Peacock all of Blackshear; his father, F. David “Dave” Peacock, Jr. (Beth Crumpton) of Blackshear; his step-father, Revis Dixon of Blackshear; his sister, Brittany Peacock (fiance’, Jerrell Wilson) of Blackshear; his brother, Brandon (Giovanna) Peacock of JBMDL, NJ; his maternal grandmother, Mary (Woodson) Dixon of Blackshear; his paternal grandparents, F. David Peacock, Sr. of Blackshear and Martha (George) Blackman of Jacksonville, FL; nieces and nephew, Gracie Wilson, Adalynn Wilson, Ellie Wilson, and Matthew Wilson; aunts and uncles, Dana (Jason) Tatro of Blackshear, Helen Arnold of Blackshear; and Link (Ginger) Smart of Blackshear; his beloved pet dog, Buck; and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Brock will be held Saturday afternoon, April 27, 2024, at 2:00 from the Pearson-Dial Chapel with Rev. Monroe Gill officiating.

Visitation will be held Friday evening from 7 until 9 at the funeral home.

Interment will be in the Shiloh Cemetery.
